2 apps ideas. Support available and better alerts
Weird there seems no path on the app for reaching support at all. Also on the app, would be much better if you can move the alerts from the settings section to each of the coin trading section. Seems so disconnected on the app, whereas on the desktop version the alerts are in the same section as the trading coins they are set for.

You have Ben asking me to update my credentials, I updated them and the app has been saying for months that it is verifying and it has not done so and I am blocked from trading and there is no way to reach support it is almost like a shoe string scam operation.

Sorry, I should have been more specfic. I meant see your current alerts, not just set. Like in the tabs “Order, History, Book, Recent” there would be another one “Alerts” so we could see what previous alerts were set for each coin without going to the settings area.

You can set alerts from the trading section. Its the clock beside the star for favourites, top right corner.
In settings you can also view your alerts
