I have the same problem! it is the App because i use Touch ID with a dozen similar apps without problem I contacted Ndax and they do not know what to do obviously because they never came back to me (Iphone SE IOS 26.0.1 )

This problem still persists. I wonder if this is a Pixel-related problem, as I have a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. Any update?

Although I don't think the problem is with the phone or the OS, it's within the app itself the toggle won't turn on. Even after the pop up where you have to click enable, it just doesn't move
