+1, because I am ready to go to crypto.com or a similar provider just for that.
Multi-currency (CAD, USD, EUR etc) support is a must. Recently I started seeing the growing trend of businesses NOT accepting cash. Surprisingly, in the US. While not discussing the legality of it, I see the need for a card where I could load USDC, for example, and spend it, with the fee lower than what a typical credit card charges.
Note that in Canada there are no free USD credit cards today. Yes, one can potentially open a chequing account in the US and get a debit card, but transferring the money there, even when it is free, is still a hassle.

The thing I worry about with using a card is tax time. I could see no end of issues trying to resolve double tax payments and what have I or have I not paid tax on already.

Actually, this is rather simple - although will require some programming ;) or accounting. I would treat all cryptocurrencies as investments. Thus, when you buy, you update your cost base. When you spend (means, effectively, selling for fiat), you dispose. Each transaction would generate capital gain/loss. The expenses (conversion fees etc) would need to be accounted for as well, to reduce the gains.

Would love to see some sort of CC that isn’t prepaid. Earn crypto based on purchases, maybe a scaling system like AMEX based on what types of business you shop. 2% on restaurants, 1.5% gas, etc for example.
