Earning sats/btc from holding CAD

Feature Request

A competitor just released the earning of sats/satoshis while holding CAD on their platform. Would be cool to see Ndax implement this as a feature for their users.

sat converter is still awesome but i think this would be equally as useful for users who want to earn sats.

    doubt it will happen as you get 0% at your normal bank, and even staking on NDAX comes in very low relative to market.
