Phone number and customer support not working!

It appears when I attempted to contact customer support that the phone number never even rings one time. I also had gone through the customer support bot and was told I was be reached out to over phone when selecting that option resulting in no call back. I would like to transfer my fiat out of my account as I have been trying to do for days and I would really hope that actions could be swiftly taken to solve this issue.
