Retroactive Affiliates?

Hello all,
I would like to request the ability to add friends as my affiliates. Ive had a few now over the years sign up but they refreshed the page or whatever while signing up and my referal code wasn't then applied. (In 2 specific cases this has happened.)
If both parties agree, then an individual could choose to become an affiliate of someone after signing up. my friends trade here A lot, and now I get nothing for signing them up except their thanks.
