USD withdrawal to Canadian bank account
I prefer to withdraw USD instead of CAD, but currently NDAX supports only CAD withdrawals. A user who has USD and wishes to withdraw to his or her bank account must first convert USD to CAD and then withdraw CAD.

This is super important for any serious investor. We all hold usd in some format or the other and would prefer to have the option to withdraw usd. After investing massive amounts, every % matters. If someone invest 100k, losing 2k on fx fees is alottt

Another great solution would be to sell into USDC so it stays in USD and you can move it or sell it when you want to convert to CAD.
