    Uphold is discontinuing support in Canada and they are the custodian for Brave.
    How can Canadian’s receive their BAT if they are discontinuing service?

    BAT (Basic Attention Token)

    BAT can be used on Ethereum and Solana blockchains.

    BAT is a ERC20 token, native to the Ethereum blockchain, and can be stored in ERC20 compatible wallets.

    BAT is also supported cross-chain via bridges, and has holders and utility on Binance BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana and others that support wrapped variations of ERC20 tokens. Brave officially supports Wormhole v2 SPL BAT on Solana, but other variants are likely to emerge on multiple networks and secondary markets.

    It is listed on 180 exchange so far.

    BAT is very unique because it highly supports all artists & content creators communities around the world. While navigating the web with the Brave Browser, a user can easily give some BAT as a “Tip”.

      Lets see the community interest on BAT - I do remember them being popular last cycle but I personally haven’t kept up with the project since 2021.
